Does it work if I sleep on my side?
Yes. On your side, place it at your waist so it fills the space between your waist and the mattress. On your back, place it right above your hips.
Is it firm or soft?
It's in the middle. The 50D slow rebound memory foam softens under your body so it doesn't press into your back, but it holds its shape through the night. It's about 3 inches tall.
Will it work with my mattress?
It's made to sit on top of any mattress. On a very soft mattress your body sinks in more and the gap is smaller, so you may notice less difference. If it isn't right for you, you have 30 nights to decide.
It feels different the first night. Is that normal?
Yes. Most people need a few nights to get used to having support under their lower back. That's why you get 30 nights to try it.
It arrived flat. What do I do?
Your pillow is vacuum packed so it ships compact. Take it out of the plastic and give it time to expand fully before you judge its height. A light new foam smell is normal and fades after airing it out.
How do I wash the cover?
Take the cover off and wash it following the care label. Let it air dry before putting it back on. Don't wash the foam.
Can I use it with a knee pillow?
Yes. You can use NightCurve™ under your lower back together with a pillow under your knees or between your legs.
